Metrics and Analysis can be considered the barometer to the process capability maturity level of a software development establishment.  In this session, based on his vast consulting and appraisal experience, Kris will provide an insight into how metrics and analysis is performed in the companies at various levels of maturity of the CMMi model with some samples and examples.  The specific focus will be on what a customer organization can expect out of the metrics and analysis in a highly matured software vendor to get the insight into their projects or programs.
