| Mr. Venkata G. Bodapati (Raju) is the founder and president of Richmond SPIN.
Mr. Bodapati has about 20 years of experience in concept to deployment of large-scale enterprise (OLTP, ERP, legacy and Data warehouse) applications and software products for automotive, power, manufacturing, retail, finance, engineering and construction, defense, supply chain management (point of sale, warehousing & distribution) telecommunications and insurance sectors. Includes four years of senior management experience, 12 + years of experience in managing large onsite-offshore team engagements. Mr. Bodapati evolved into managerial roles from solid technical expertise in databases development & administration, client – server, web technologies, enterprise architecture (Zaacmann,) and SAP at Unisys, Ford Motor Company, Raytheon, Kraft Foods, CNF (Menlo Logistics,) Detroit Edison, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant and UPS-Supply Chain Solutions.
His key areas of expertise include technical leadership, project management, SEI-Capability Maturity Model (CMM), metrics & analysis, Rational Unified Process (RUP), Databases, JavaEE technologies, Enterprise Architecture, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI,) Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and database tools & technologies, software testing and quality assurance.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Software Test Manager (CSTM.)
He has a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from the Pennsylvania State University.
